Local MP Hails Bashall Barn Success

Nigel Evans, Member of Parliament for the Ribble Valley, today praised Bashall Barn for winning the National Farm Restaurant of the year for 2010.
Mr Evans said:
“Bashall Barn’s prize is fully deserved. It has been a fantastic asset to the Ribble Valley since it began.
“Rural enterprises such as Bashall Barn are hugely important for local jobs and local producers. It means that people see the real and high quality of what the Ribble Valley has to offer.
“Bowland Brewery is also based on site at Bashall Barn and produces great ales which are served in local pubs all over the area. I am exceptionally pleased that the business has been recognised for the important role that it plays in the Ribble Valley community.”
